Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match
The Dudley Boyz vs. The Hardy Boyz vs. Edge and Christian (c)
-Edge and Christian are on their way to the ring, and it's time for the Tables, Ladders and Chairs match! The Hardy Boyz come out to a huge pop, and they get in the ring, and the match is on as the three teams go at it. Chairs come into play right away with the Hardy Boyz using them against the Dudley Boyz and Edge and Christian. Matt tosses a chair right into the head of Buh Buh Ray and then Buh Buh nails Jeff with a chair! Edge and Christian whip D-Von to the corner, and then Edge sets up a chair for Christian to jump off of. Edge drop toe holds D-Von into the chair, and then Edge goes to the outside of the ring and brings a ladder into the ring.
The belts look to be hung up higher than they usually would as they are using 20 foot ladders this time around. Jeff sets up a ladder in the ring and he starts to climb it as D-Von sets up a ladder right next to it. Edge climbs up and he gives both D-Von and Jeff a super Russian leg sweep. Christian climbs up the ladders and Buh Buh climbs up and he grabs hold of Christian and gives him the full nelson power bomb. Matt Hardy grabs a ladder and Edge attacks him. Jeff goes to climb the ladder and Edge knocks him off onto a ladder down in the ring, and the ladder springs up and nails Matt Hardy in the face. Edge and Christian go to nail Jeff with the double chairs, but Jeff ducks and they hit the chairs into each other.
D-Von pulls the ladder to the corner and he climbs up it backwards and Buh Buh gives Edge a body slam. D-Von goes up the ladder and he jumps off onto Edge's groin. Buh Buh tells D-Von to get the table, and D-Von gets a table and sets it up in the ring. The Dudley Boyz give Christian the 3D through a table, and it looks like the Dudley Boyz are in control. The Dudley Boyz go get more tables and set them up at ringside and it sounded like Buh Buh said to D-Von "Let's kill them!" The Dudley Boyz set up tables on tables on the outside of the ring and then Buh Buh grabs hold of Jeff and Edge hits Buh Buh in the back with a steel chair. Edge nails D-Von and then he nails Buh Buh again. Matt gives Edge the Twist of Fate.
Matt climbs the ladder in the corner and he gives Edge a leg drop, and Jeff climbs to the top rope, and he springs over the ladder onto Edge with a leg drop. Matt puts Edge between the ladder and he hammers away on Edge with it. Christian goes to the top rope, and Matt tosses Christian from the top rope onto the ladder with Edge between it. Jeff Hardy sets up a ladder on the outside of the ring, and Matt sets one up in the middle of the ring, but it falls down. Jeff Hardy goes for the swanton bomb on Buh Buh, but Buh Buh gets up and moves out of the way. Jeff Hardy lands on the table and that was a 20 foot ladder! Fans chant "holy shit, holy shit!"
Matt tosses a ladder into the ring, and he sets it up and Christian and Buh Buh fight on the outside of the ring. Matt sets the ladder up and climbs up it. Christian climbs up behind him and Edge and D-Von climb up on the other side. Christian gives Matt a reverse DDT from the ladder and Edge and D-Von fall off of the other side of the ladder. Buh Buh gets in the ring and he sets up the ladder in the center of the ring and he climbs up and he looks like he is going to get the belts, but Edge and Christian push the ladder and Buh Buh falls off the ladder onto the tables that were set up on the outside of the ring! The fans once again chant "Holy shit, Holy shit!"
Edge and Christian set up the ladder in the ring and they get ready to climb it as the fans boo them. They climb up and Lita comes out and pushes the ladder down, and Edge and Christian fall onto the top rope! Lita screams for the Hardy Boyz to get in the ring and climb the ladder to get the belts! Matt sets up the ladder and D-Von is in the ring, and he starts climbing the other side as Matt climbs. D-Von pushes the ladder and Matt Hardy goes off backwards through the tables, and then Edge spears Lita on the outside of the ring.
D-Von and Jeff climb the ladder and they are climbing to get the belts, and Jeff gets his hand on the titles. D-Von gives him some right hands, and Edge is slow to get in the ring. D-Von and Jeff hang from the rope above the ring and Jeff knocks D-Von down, and then Edge and Christian nail Jeff with the ladder to knock him down as well. Edge and Christian then climb up and they grab the belts to retain the Championship belts!

This was an excellent match! Although the Hardyz didn't win the titles, they, as well as the other guys, gave it all they had. Hopefully, they are all ok, and escaped with just minor bumps and bruises. I give this match an A+++++++++!!!!! :o)
Smackdown in New Orleans, LA. August 24, 2000
-Six-Man Tag Team Match: Chris Benoit and Edge and Christian vs. Chris Jericho and the Hardy Boys
Edge and Christian enter the ring first and Christian takes the mike. He makes fun of the 'silly people of Louisiana' and says he is sorry to inform them that there will be no 5-second pose until after Summerslam. Edge then takes the mike and says that after they grab the belts in the TLC match, they will give everyone at 37 second pose. Benoit then makes his way to the ring. The Hardys then come to the ring without Lita. Jericho's music hits for the second time tonight as he comes down to the ring. Jeff Hardy and Christian start it off with an exchange of right hands. Tag to Matt. Double team leg drop for a near fall. Christian takes control with an inverted DDT. Benoit then gets tagged in and takes control and scores a near fall. Tag to Edge. Tornado DDT on Edge and a tag to Jericho. Jericho attacks the members of the other team. Brawling inside the ring. Dropkick to the chair Edge is holding by Jeff Hardy. Lionsault on Edge for the win. Matt Hardy gets a ladder attempting to hit Benoit but Edge hits him with a chair. The Dudleys run to the ring and hit the 3-D on Matt Hardy. D-Von sets up a table. Edge and Christian interfere. Matt sets up a ladder and dives off onto Buh Buh and Edge. Jericho and Benoit are still fighting. Jericho goes up to the top with Benoit. They both fall off through the table. This was an incredible match with ALOT of action! The Hardyz also came out during Lita's match and beat up on Triple H. There's not much to report about that match except for that. I can't wait for Summerslam to see the TLC match. Only 2 more days!
RAW is WAR in Lafayette, LA. August 21, 2000
The Hardy Boys vs. The Dudley Boys:
-The Hardys enter, as we see a replay of Steph beating on Lita on HeAT. The D-Bombs drop, and the Dudleys enter. Replay of Jeff and D-Von miscommunication during their tag match on SmackDown! Just as the two sets of "brothers" are about to go at it, Edge and Christian come down ringside. The bell rings, and Matt starts off with D-Von. E&C sit at the announce table, as D-Von takes control of Matt and tags BuhBuh. Matt pokes BuhBuh in the eye and tags Jeff. Jeff hits a flying crossbody on BuhBuh 1-2-kickout. Jeff goes for a springboard head scissors, but BuhBuh catches him and slams him. Edge and Christian say that rather than Tables, Ladders, and Chairs, TLC really means This Lacks Coolness. BuhBuh and Jeff battle, with Jeff hitting a corkscrew moonsault on BuhBuh. Tag to Matt, who gets double teamed by the Dudleys, with D-Von diving into Matt's groin. As the Dudleys go out to get a table, Matt hits a suicide dive onto both men. Poetry in Motion to D-Von 1-2-kickout. Both tag, and Jeff dropkicks BuhBuh. Powerslam by BuhBuh 1-2-kickout. Jeff flips out of a Full Nelson slam, but can't escape BuhBuh, who does hit the Full Nelson slam. All four go outside, where they yell at Edge. Edge spears Matt. In the ring, Jeff misses a Swanton Bomb, but gets hit with a 3-D. Christian distracts the ref, while Edge runs in with a chair and cracks it across BuhBuh's skull. Jeff rolls on top for the 1-2-3! E&C run out, celebrating.
Later that same night:
-Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley vs. Lita (Women's Title) with Special Guest Referee The Rock:
Stephanie enters with Triple H and Kurt Angle at her side. Rock's music hits, and the unbiased People's Champ enters the ring, telling Triple H and Angle that they need to leave. Angle and Triple H calm Steph and get out of the ring, but stay at ringside. Lita takes quick advantage, tackling Steph. Hairtoss by Lita. Steph hits a big boot, but takes a hiptoss from Lita. Hurricanrana by Lita 1-2-kickout. Yes, Steph kicked out. While Angle distracts Rock, Triple H trips Lita. The Hardys run down and beat on Triple H, to even the score. Steph kicks Lita in the corner. Monkey flip from the corner by Steph, followed by a DDT 1-2-kickout. Yes, Steph hit some nice moves. Steph complains to Rock about his counting, but Rock hears none of it. Slaps by Steph. Twisting head-scissors by Lita. Clothesline by Lita. Lita hits a springboard bulldog 1-2-kickout. Suplex by Lita. Lita calls for the moonsault, but Kurt Angle pushes her off the turnbuckle. The Hardys go after Angle, but Triple H helps his Olympic friend. Angle then shows Steph the title, but Rock sees him and pulls him in. Rock beats on Angle, but Triple H comes in and gets some of Rock. Angle tries to hit Rock with the belt, but hits Triple H. Rock Bottom on Angle, Rock Bottom on Stephanie. Rock tells Lita to go up top, and she does. Moonsault by Lita 1-2-3! Lita wins the WWF Women's Title belt! The Hardys run in and pick Lita up on their shoulders. This was a great RAW! The Hardyz had their share of TV time...finally. Also, it never hurts that the Hardyz win their match. Lita also won, so it was just a great night for the Hardy and Lita team thingy.
